Mr. Zoffer was previously a partner at Zoffer & Wedner, a local Pittsburgh law firm. Mr. Zoffer is a civil trial lawyer, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants over the last forty-five (45) years. His litigation experience includes class actions, personal injury, product liability, contracts and commercial lawsuits. It includes six and middle seven figure verdicts and settlements and appellate practice in all local and Pennsylvania and Federal District and Appellate Courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Zoffer is a life-long resident of Pittsburgh and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 1960 and a Doctor of Laws degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1963.

His professional activities include membership in the American Arbitration Association, National Panel of Arbitrators, Special Master - Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Adjunct Settlement Judge - United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Certified Arbitrator for the United States District Court for Western District of Pennsylvania, pursuant to Order of Chief Judge signed February 13, 2002, Registered Early Neutral Evaluator and Arbitrator for United States District Court for Western District of Pennsylvania - May, 2006 to present, The Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County (by invitation only) consisting of 125 Plaintiff and 125 Defense Lawyers - Trial Court Competition Committee, 1980-1993, Judge of Final Gourley Cup Trial Competition, along with one Federal District Court Judge and one other Academy member, 1990-1993, Board of Governors, 1993-1995, Chairman Specials Projects Committee, 1994-1995, Chairman Membership Committee 1998-1999 and Chairman Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee 2001-2002.
